Join Fr. Terry Ehrman and Greg Koehler for a 60-minute walk and talk around the Notre Dame Saint Joseph’s Lake and Saint Mary’s Lake, where you will listen, observe, and share your own outdoor experiences.  Fr. Terry and Greg will guide you along the way, sharing information on the types of wildlife, wildflowers, invasive species, and the historical relationship between humans and nature.

Greg Koehler is the Associate Program Manager with the Office of Sustainability.  He has a B.S. in Biological Sciences and M.S. in Environmental Science. Greg has been exploring the natural world in the Region for many years.  Fr. Terry Ehrman, C.S.C., teaches courses in the theology department entitled Science, Theology, and Creation and Theology and Ecology. He has much experience in the ecology of the Notre Dame Campus.

Meet at the St. Joseph Lake path next to the power plant – at the base of the steps going up to the road.

Everyone is welcome to join. This event will be held rain or shine.

All Campus COVID-19 protocols will be followed.
