Dr. Dong Wang is Assistant Professor in Notre Dame's Department of Computer Science and Engineering and a member of the Interdisciplinary Center for Network Science and Applications (iCeNSA). He received his Ph.D. in Computer Science at University of Illinois at Urbana Champaign (UIUC). He earned a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Peking University (PKU) and Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering from University of Electronic Science and Technology of China (UESTC).

Dr. Wang's interest include Social Sensing and Crowdsourcing, Human-Cyber-Physical Systems, Big Data Analytics, Smart Cities, Internet of Things (IoT), Edge Computing, Disaster and Emergency Response, and Trust and Credibility Analysis.
