Greening The Statehouse Invite

This year the Hoosier Environmental Council are organizing their biggest event of the year on the banks of the Wabash, to highlight the perils and promise of Indiana’s rivers and lakes. In an area of the state with ample recreational opportunities, the event will be discussing solutions to the threats posed by pollution and runoff, and working to find ways to move forward.  The day will be filled with informative panels, presentations, and breakout sessions, highlighted by this year’s keynote speaker, Dr. Jeff Reutter, one of the Midwest's foremost experts on the impact of agriculture on water quality and the former Director of the Ohio Sea Grant, Stone Lab, and the Center for Lake Erie Area Research.
