A screening of the film, “From the Ashes” will be held at the Near Northwest Neighborhood Community Center located at 1007 Portage Avenue, South Bend. This film looks at the coal industry from a wide array of perspectives and considers what's next for our economy, health, and climate. A transition to clean energy (especially in current and former coal communities) is the focus.
Following the conclusion of the screening, there will be a brief panel discussion. View the trailer here.
